Minimum Order

We do not have minimum orders, only item minimums. Please order in incremental minimum units. All items under minimum quantity will be adjusted.

Prices

Prices shown are FOB Sacramento, California. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Terms

New accounts must prepay their order by check, money order or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit cards will be processed at time of shipment. Sorry, no C.O.D. Net 30 on approved credit only. Please call for details. A 1.5% per month late charge is imposed on all past due invoices and $25.00 will be charged for all returned checks. Accounts 45 days past due will be turned to legal collection agency. The total amount to be claimed will be: the original invoice amount, $25.00 processing fee, 1.5% interest per month(accumulated from the date balance due), and all collection charges.

Backorder

Items not available at time of shipment will be backordered. Backorders are automatically added to subsquent orders before shipping. Please notify us if you have no backorder policy.

Claims and Returns

All claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving your shipment. All returns must be marked with a return authorization number(RA#). Call for RA#. Priced or shopworn merchandise is not returnable.

Cancellation

Orders that are cancelled after they have been packed will be accessed a 20% restocking charge. If a shipment is refused, customer will be charged the inbound and outbound freight and a 20% restocking fee.

Venue

Sales and like transactions, including collection of amounts due, shall be governed by the substantive law of the State of California. By placing an order or accepting goods, you agree that the service of process may be made in accordance with the rules of the courts of the State of California. In an action for the collection amounts due, we will be entitled to an award of collection costs including attorney fees.
